3. What events do your Video Service Providers cover?

The platform hosts Video Service Providers skilled in various genres, making it ideal for any video project, including corporate events, branded content, speaking engagements, and anything in between.

4. Can I review a Video Service Provider's work before booking?

Absolutely! Each Video Service Provider has a portfolio on their profile showcasing their past work.

5. How are the Video Service Providers vetted?

We select Video Service Providers based on their professional experience and skill level. They are interviewed and must also pass a course and quiz regarding professionalism to be onboarded onto the platform.

6. What are the payment terms?

Payments are made through our secure online platform. We take a modest 10% transaction fee on each transaction.

7. How do I handle cancellations or rescheduling?

Our platform operates on a non-refundable basis. However, refunds may be considered at the discretion of the Video Service Provider under certain circumstances. For rescheduling or refund inquiries, please contact the Video Service Provider directly through our messaging system.

10. Are there additional fees?

Yes, there is a 10% transaction fee for videographers, but listing and submitting to opportunities on our platform is currently free. Any extra expenses will be clearly outlined by the Video Service Provider.

Videographers also have the option to purchase additional subscription packages listed on our site to enhance their upskilling. These packages are designed to provide further opportunities for professional development and growth.

11. How long does the day rate cover for a Video Service Provider?

The Video Service Provider sets the day rate and determines the hours covered.

12. What happens if I book a client off-platform and something goes wrong?

For bookings made through Frame Me, clients, and visual creators are covered by Frame Me's dispute resolution services, which include mediation between the client and the visual creator, guidance on best practices for resolving the dispute and facilitating a satisfactory resolution for both parties.

However, if a booking is taken off the Frame Me platform, these services no longer apply, and Frame Me cannot assist in case of disputes. If Frame Me discovers that a booking was taken off the platform, there will be a $10,000 fee assessed as it is a violation of our terms of service.

13. How are payments processed?

Stripe, a leading online payment platform used by global companies like Amazon, Apple, and Etsy, securely processes payments for videography services and holds them until service delivery.

Known for its robust security measures, including encryption and SSL technology, Stripe adheres to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), ensuring a secure environment for credit card transactions and data integrity.
